Position: Central Kitchen Staff (Food Preparation & Packaging)

Salary: 12,000 – 18,000 THB/month (depending on experience)

Job Description:
Support the central kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, cutting meats and vegetables, and assisting with food packaging. Ensure all food preparation follows hygiene standards and supports production efficiency.
รายละเอียดงาน:
ปฏิบัติงานในครัวกลาง เตรียมวัตถุดิบ หั่นเนื้อ ผัก และอาหารทะเล รวมถึงช่วยในกระบวนการบรรจุสินค้า โดยต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานด้านความสะอาดและสุขอนามัย
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cut meats, vegetables, and seafood
– Support food packaging and sealing processes
– Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas
– Follow hygiene and food safety procedures
– Assist production and kitchen workflow
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
– เตรียมและหั่นเนื้อ ผัก และอาหารทะเล
– ช่วยงานบรรจุและซีลอาหาร
– ดูแลความสะอาดในพื้นที่ครัว
– ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานสุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัยอาหาร
– สนับสนุนการทำงานของครัวและการผลิต
Requirements:
– Experience in kitchen or food preparation preferred
– Strong hygiene awareness
– Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
– Good teamwork and discipline
– Physically fit for active work
