Position: Operations Manager

Salary: 30,000 – 60,000+ THB/month (depending on experience)

Job Description:
Oversee and manage all daily operations of the production facility, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with FDA, GMP, and HACCP standards. This role is responsible for coordinating teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high operational performance across all departments.

ดูแลและบริหารจัดการการดำเนินงานประจำวันของโรงงานผลิตทั้งหมด ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ความสม่ำเสมอ และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน FDA, GMP และ HACCP โดยรับผิดชอบการประสานงานทีมงาน ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน และรักษาประสิทธิภาพของทุกฝ่าย
Responsibilities:
– Manage daily factory operations and team coordination
– Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food production standards
– Monitor production performance and improve efficiency
– Control operational costs and resource allocation
– Solve operational issues and maintain workflow continuity
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
– บริหารจัดการการดำเนินงานประจำวันของโรงงานและประสานงานทีมงาน
– ตรวจสอบให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านสุขอนามัย ความปลอดภัย และการผลิตอาหาร
– ติดตามผลการผลิตและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
– ควบคุมต้นทุนและการใช้ทรัพยากร
– แก้ไขปัญหาการดำเนินงานและรักษาความต่อเนื่องของงาน
Requirements:
– Proven experience in operations or factory management
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Experience in food production or related industry preferred
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
