Position: Production Manager

Salary: 30,000 – 55,000+ THB/month (depending on experience)

Job Description:
Manage and control all production activities within the facility, ensuring consistent product quality, efficient output, and strict adherence to food safety standards. Responsible for overseeing production planning, workforce coordination, and maintaining smooth daily production operations.
รายละเอียดงาน:
บริหารและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตทั้งหมดภายในโรงงาน ให้ได้คุณภาพที่สม่ำเสมอ มีประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยด้านอาหาร โดยรับผิดชอบการวางแผนการผลิต การจัดการทีมงาน และการดำเนินงานประจำวันให้ราบรื่น
Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily production activities and workflow
– Ensure product quality and consistency
– Plan and manage production schedules
– Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams
– Maintain compliance with GMP / HACCP standards
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
– ดูแลและควบคุมการผลิตประจำวัน
– ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าและความสม่ำเสมอ
– วางแผนและจัดการตารางการผลิต
– ประสานงานกับฝ่ายปฏิบัติการและครัวกลาง
– ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน GMP / HACCP อย่างเคร่งครัด
Requirements:
– Experience in food production management
– Strong leadership and team coordination skills
– Understanding of food safety standards
– Ability to manage deadlines and production targets
– Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
